FCPA: But how can companies get away with bribery if you're are going to make it illegal all the time?

There is a nice article originally published on April 11th by Kent J. Schmidt and Mandana Massoumi, but I found it on Mondaq.com. I encourage every attorney to register with that site. It is free, and I am always finding interesting information on there, especially about the FCPA. This article is how corporations can get into compliance with the FCPA. However, it also gives a good background on the FCPA. Worth a read.
"Steps to Mitigate Risks
