Props to the great and all-powerful Posse List for sending that to my email inbox this morning. As I always say, if you are an attorney anywhere in the world, and you are not signed up with any of The Posse List's listservs, you are really missing out on potentially very useful information about jobs and the litigation industry in general. Plus it is free to sign up people. How great is that?
My worry about this, is that Google will not make any moves now that the threat of Microsoft in gone. Hopefully I am wrong. The summer will still be busy, but not the explosion that I wanted.

First that horse dies in the Kentucky Derby, now this. Great friggin weekend this has turned out to be.
Wow, thanks for commenting. Look we are at the very begining of this. I still think something will come out of this. I am really interested to see both Yahoo's and Google's reaction.
Still life in DC will be busy. There are alot of mergers in the works. The Microsoft-Yahoo thing was icing on the cake, albeit an extremely rich sweeet icing, but it is not everything.
Speaking of weekends, this weekend had the best weather I have seen in a while.
